Protect your project records
This workspace supports project coordination and lift-plan review. Final review must be completed in person by the responsible qualified person, followed by the designated human authorization. Automated findings and software status do not authorize lifting.
Before your first confidential upload
- Receive your own named account from the administrator. Never share an administrator password. Confirm the organization, project, contractor and assigned role.
- Enroll an authenticator and use a managed device with a separate browser profile. Ask your administrator about account recovery before relying on access.
- Have your project owner confirm the permitted reviewers, retention period, backup and recovery arrangements, support contact and accepted field-review process.
- Complete a supervised submission and reopening check with approved synthetic records. Account access, email recovery and hosted recovery must be accepted before operational use.
Original files and interrupted submissions
Selected package files are temporarily saved in this browser for retry. Signing out does not erase pending copies. Plan intake & review offers “Manage this account's device copies”: keep them for retry, download a confidential recovery copy, or deliberately remove them after reading the recovery warning. Removing a device copy does not cancel a submission or delete server records.
Keep your originals until server retention is confirmed. If a response is uncertain, reopen the same submission and check its saved status before retrying. Reselect the exact originals when prompted; a changed file belongs in a corrected revision.
Who can see the records
Your project administrator assigns project and employer visibility. Designated shared-project reviewers can see records across contractors. Account-private reviews are separate from shared project records. Authorized service administrators have technical access needed to operate and support the service. This is not a promise that only the uploader can read a shared package.
Downloads and recovery archives contain confidential information. Store and share them only through your organization's approved channels. Access revocation cannot retrieve copies already downloaded, photographed or forwarded. An external document link keeps the external service's own permissions.
Invitations, email and support
A project invitation creates a private link for the administrator to share with its intended recipient. No invitation email is sent by the application. Review progress, due work and weather are shown in the workspace; do not depend on email alerts.
Password recovery uses the account service. Your administrator must confirm the actual sender and successful delivery during onboarding. If mail does not arrive, use your agreed support contact; never send passwords, recovery links or confidential plans through a public support form.
When someone leaves or a device is lost
Contact your project administrator immediately. They must review all project memberships, organization roles, account sessions and any separate workspace grants. Deactivating one project membership is not complete organization offboarding. Preserve evidence and coordinate any pending browser copies and downloaded exports under your company's device policy.
For an active hazard, stop and contact the responsible onsite person using the site's emergency process. Product support and feedback are not emergency reporting channels. Recheck affected lift records after access, personnel, plan or field-condition changes.
Weather and final review
Confirm actual jobsite coordinates and time zone whenever opening Jobsite weather. Check source, timestamps, age, units and gusts. A nearby station or forecast is not a crane-top or onsite measurement. Provider failure, stale data and incomplete readings require responsible confirmation; they never establish permission to lift.
In-person review records require separately accepted project controls. A free-text release reason does not establish an in-person attestation. If the required final-review record is unavailable, the application must not record release or field start.
